1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amplifi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Amplifi is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that converts podcast transcripts into platform-ready content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, show notes, newsletters, Instagram, and blog posts. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate content repurposing

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the transcripts you paste into Amplifi and the content generated from them. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any transcript you submit.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Usage limits reset on the same day each calendar month. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Amplifi is produced using AI and may require editing before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content. Always review outputs before posting.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplifi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
